This lovely girl is Frisky, a black Australian Shepherd mix with beautiful eyes. She is about 7 yrs. old. She was left at the shelter by the only family she has ever had. She was very confused and seemed to know she had been abandoned. A foster family saw how sad she was and decided to take her home to meet their dogs so that she might feel better -- well she did! She loves to be with other dogs and gets along very easily with them. When Frisky came to the shelter, her long hair was dirty and matted. She had a visit with a groomer and her fur was shaved off for the summer and now she looks like a Lab. She is very loving, sweet, healthy and smart. She is shy as she may be afraid of being abandoned once again. Frisky very much needs a forever home where she will get lots of attention and another dog friend to play with. A fenced yard would be a must as she loves running and having fun. She is fully vetted and all she needs is someone to love her, care for her and let her know she will never be left again.
